Ya-Lei Kuei is a well-known actress. She won the Best Actress Award in the Asia-Pacific Film Festival and the 7th Golden Horse Film Festival for Home in Taipei in 1970. She won her second Best Actress Award in the 15th Golden Horse Film Festival for Titi’s Diary in 1978.
